<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on networking</li><li>Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls</li><li>Experience working in large-scale or distributed environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of routing protocols and network architecture design</li><li>Experience supporting disaster recovery planning and execution</li><li>Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, particularly in hybrid environments</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with enterprise networking vendors and technologies</li><li>Familiarity with storage and data center networking environments</li><li>Experience working closely with cybersecurity teams</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., networking or infrastructure certifications)</li><li>Exposure to virtualization technologies and systems infrastructure</li></ul>
