The ideal Financial Analyst should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with financial analysis. The Financial Analyst can be someone who is an Accountant who performs analytics as part of their job that wants to move to a more analytics driven role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>This role is a 4-day work week with Fridays off</u>!!!!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Anyone interested in this immediate opportunity should email their resume in today for consideration as this role will move fast!!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.</p><p>• Prepare accurate expense reports and monitor financial performance against budgets.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.</p><p>• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing relevant data and analysis.</p><p>• Participate in initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.</p>

<p>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</p><p>• At least 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.</p><p>• Budgeting and expense reporting experience </p><p>• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.</p><p>• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including advanced Excel skills.</p><p>• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.</p>
