Customer Service Specialist

Bring your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to this vital role, where you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and strengthening lasting relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing prompt and accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.</li><li>Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams—such as production, shipping, and sales—to address customer needs and resolve any issues.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including communication history and order details.</li><li>Proactively identify customer pain points and provide feedback to management to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Handle escalated customer concerns professionally, ensuring resolutions align with company policies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience: 2+ years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.</li><li>Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Working knowledge of customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes, order systems, or supply chain management is highly desirable but not required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
