<p>Product Designer</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a creative and user-focused <strong>Product Designer</strong> to join our team. This role is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences that solve real user problems and align with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in UX and UI design, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct user research and translate insights into design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.</li><li>Design and iterate on user interfaces that balance usability, visual appeal, and brand consistency.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define requirements and deliver effective design solutions.</li><li>Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.</li><li>Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.</li><li>Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design.</li><li>Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience working in agile or cross-functional product development environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
