This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can manage financial operations effectively, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations and error identification. • Utilize AppFolio software to streamline property management accounting tasks. • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial planning. • Handle banking transitions and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions. • Analyze and resolve unreconciled bank accounts, ensuring timely filings and compliance. • Provide guidance and direction to ensure smooth execution of financial processes. • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize accounting functions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting. • Support organizational goals through detailed financial analysis and insights. • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. • Proficiency in AppFolio and other accounting software. • Strong knowledge of property management accounting practices. • Proven ability to handle banking relationships and manage financial transitions. • CPA certification is highly preferred. • Skilled in budgeting and financial planning. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
