Responsibilities:• Process customer transactions efficiently using a cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.• Assist customers with purchases by offering friendly and attentive support.• Maintain inventory by stocking shelves and conducting regular counts.• Monitor and manage accounts receivable collections, ensuring timely payments.• Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.• Perform cash collections and reconciliation tasks to maintain financial accuracy.• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.• Organize and maintain records related to sales and inventory activities.• Provide updates and reports on accounts receivable status to management.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all financial activities.

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, cashiering, or a similar role is required. • Strong knowledge of cash applications and commercial collections. • Proven ability to handle cash collections and reconciliation tasks effectively. • Experience in direct sales and customer service environments. • Proficiency in operating cash registers and other point-of-sale systems. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and records. • Strong communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with team members. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
