HYBRID schedule - 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH per week (must live local to Tampa Bay area)</p><p>*Benefits package includes 100% employer-paid medical coverage and unlimited PTO*</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in an Agile Team through the full development life cycle including requirement analysis, planning, software design, development, testing and deployment</li><li>Ability to lead and mentor junior developers</li><li>Design, build and produce software solutions independently</li><li>Perform software and data analysis to uncover issues to debug and correct software defects</li><li>Run software tests, review results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems</li><li>Identify, implement and support technical solutions to deliver business requirements</li><li>Continuous learning to become an effective cross-functional member of the development team</li><li>Deliver high quality code through collaboration with the development team within the sprint timeline</li><li>Assist team with the development and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria</li></ul>

<p><strong>Top Skills/Experience Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years experience as a <strong>Lead Developer</strong> (hands-on Lead, over a .NET development team)</li><li>Technical skills needed: C#, .NET Core, Razor, SQL Server (T-SQL), and Front End (HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript)</li></ul><p><strong>We write our newest code in:</strong></p><ul><li>ASP.NET, using the latest version of .NET Framework, and .NET Core in some areas.</li><li>C#, using the MVC pattern and Razor Views</li><li>JavaScript, using jQuery and bootstrap</li><li>SCSS</li><li>T-SQL</li></ul><p><strong>We also provide support for legacy software:</strong></p><ul><li>VB.NET</li><li>Classic ASP</li><li>Visual Studio experience required, we are currently using VS2019 using Azure DevOps for Code and Work Management</li><li>Selenium based automated testing</li><li>We use SQL Server 2014 and above</li></ul>
