<p>We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager with Pendo and Figma hygiene experience to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate design operations, manage workflows, and oversee the implementation of essential tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital project management, design lifecycle, and analytics tools.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and streamline design operations to ensure effective team workflows.</p><p>• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Figma, including setup and hygiene standards.</p><p>• Manage tagging and analytics processes using tools like Pendo, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.</p><p>• Facilitate user research activities and provide support in organizing findings.</p><p>• Train team members on essential tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Full Story.</p><p>• Collaborate with new hires to familiarize them with tools and processes.</p><p>• Ensure proper execution of tagging and nomenclature patterns for analytics tools.</p><p>• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.</p><p>• Organize and lead team training sessions to enhance tool proficiency.</p><p>• Provide insights and recommendations to improve design processes and operations.</p>

• Proven experience in digital project management with a focus on design operations.<br>• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.<br>• Familiarity with tagging tools and analytics processes.<br>• Strong understanding of the design lifecycle and workflows.<br>• Ability to train and onboard team members effectively.<br>• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.<br>• Experience in managing timelines and deliverables.<br>• Confidence in using digital tools without requiring a learning curve.
