<p><strong>Business Analyst III (Contract) </strong></p><p><strong>Contract Length:</strong> 51 Weeks</p><p><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong> Onsite Philadelphia, PA </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Business Analyst III</strong> to join our team on a long-term contract assignment. This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the IT organization, ensuring that technical solutions effectively meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business processes and IT system functionality.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary bridge between business units and IT teams to gather, clarify, and translate business needs into functional requirements.</li><li>Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Support business process redesign efforts and produce detailed documentation for new technologies and workflows.</li><li>Translate high-level business requirements into clear functional specifications and manage updates or changes throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Educate IT teams on business goals, priorities, and strategic direction.</li><li>Facilitate communication and negotiations between business stakeholders and IT from initial requirement discussions through final implementation.</li><li>Stay informed about industry and technology trends and leverage this knowledge to propose innovative solutions that enhance organizational competitiveness.</li><li>Provide insights on potential buy-versus-build decisions for technology solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Typically requires 6–8 years of relevant business or technical experience.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective technical solutions.</li><li>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and how they can be applied to support business objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
