In this role, you will collaborate across multiple departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to implement data-driven solutions that strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency. Your ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams will be essential in driving successful outcomes. <strong>This role is a direct hire opportunity and requires a full onsite schedule, and no visa-sponsorship is offered at this time. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and execute strategies for enterprise-wide ERP analytics and reporting that align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Lead initiatives involving predictive and prescriptive analytics, incorporating advanced technologies like AI.</p><p>• Optimize and manage ERP systems to enhance real-time analytics, forecasting, and automation capabilities.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights using tools such as Tableau.</p><p>• Oversee training programs to enhance user proficiency with ERP analytics tools and methodologies.</p><p>• Manage vendor and consultant relationships to ensure productive engagements that meet strategic objectives.</p><p>• Drive decision-making processes in matrix environments by coordinating efforts across multiple teams.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to ERP systems.</p><p>• Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems, including implementing backup and disaster recovery protocols.</p><p>• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and firewalls to ensure a seamless IT infrastructure.</p>
