The following duties and responsibilities are expected of any interested applicant:</p><p><br></p><p>Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner</p><p>Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents</p><p>Code and enter invoices into the accounting system</p><p>Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments</p><p>Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies</p><p>Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner</p><p>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards</p><p>Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reports</p><p>Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations</p><p>Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues</p>
