We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, including Windows-based systems, VMware environments, and Cisco networks. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively with teams to ensure seamless operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy configurations to ensure security and efficiency.<br>• Oversee VMware vCenter infrastructure, including provisioning virtual machines, allocating resources, and monitoring system performance.<br>• Configure and monitor Cisco network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to ensure reliable connectivity across the organization.<br>• Implement updates, patches, and upgrades for systems and networks to maintain performance and security.<br>• Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements and lead projects to enhance system reliability and efficiency.<br>• Delegate tasks to IT staff or external service providers, ensuring accountability and timely completion of assignments.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to support IT requirements for ongoing projects and daily operations.<br>• Monitor system and network performance, responding promptly to alerts and resolving outages.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation for systems, networks, and procedures to ensure operational consistency.<br>• Enforce IT security protocols and participate in audits or remediation activities to safeguard organizational assets.

• Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.<br>• Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter, including virtual machine provisioning and resource allocation.<br>• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including switches, routers, and firewalls.<br>• Familiarity with IT security practices and disaster recovery planning.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues.<br>• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.<br>• Experience providing tier 2/3 technical support for escalated issues.
