Associate Operations Coordinator
<p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused Associate Operations Coordinators to join our team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing essential operational tasks to ensure smooth shipment coordination and top-tier customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Execute shipment coordination tasks, including creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing.</li><li>Monitor task boards and email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests.</li><li>Document events in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required.</li><li>Validate and maintain the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.</li><li>Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet operational and quality standards.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned, in alignment with team and country-specific requirements.</li></ul>
<p>Qualifications</p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Previous customer service experience.</li><li>Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Customer service experience in a call center or logistics environment.</li><li>Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.</li><li>Proven attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite for training and 1 day/month thereafter)</p><p>Schedule: Evening shift, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, including weekends (Training: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM for first 3 weeks)</p><p><br></p>
