This role is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor management to contract negotiation and compliance. The Procurement Manager will develop strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, and oversee a team of procurement professionals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Manage the procurement process from requisition through delivery.</li><li>Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and evaluate procurement staff.</li><li>Monitor and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Identify risks in the supply chain and implement contingency plans.</li><li>Resolve procurement discrepancies promptly.</li></ul>
