We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals.<br>• Provide IT orientation and onboarding support for new employees.<br>• Establish and maintain Bluetooth and other device connections to ensure seamless functionality.<br>• Deliver onsite technical support to address user needs promptly and effectively.<br>• Perform system administration tasks including user account management and system configurations.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues to maintain optimal performance.<br>• Administer Active Directory including managing permissions and user groups.<br>• Implement and maintain desktop imaging processes to streamline system setups.<br>• Utilize Windows 10 expertise to ensure system stability and security.<br>• Monitor and support desktop hardware to ensure consistent functionality.

• Proven experience in PC desktop and workstation support.<br>• Proficiency in Active Directory management and administration.<br>• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.<br>• Expertise in Windows 10 operating system and related applications.<br>• Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.<br>• Knowledge of system administration tasks, including user and system management.<br>• Experience in network administration and troubleshooting.<br>• A+ Certification is preferred but not required.
