This role involves analyzing complex datasets, creating impactful dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for presenting data in visually compelling formats.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize and communicate critical business insights.<br>• Conduct detailed quantitative analyses across various domains, including revenue management, forecasting, and digital optimization.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized data solutions.<br>• Present data findings through compelling visual narratives to support strategic decision-making.<br>• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.<br>• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for data-driven innovation and process improvement.<br>• Support data governance practices to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.<br>• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines and systems, including tools like Snowflake and dbt.<br>• Apply knowledge of data modeling techniques using Python or R to develop predictive insights.<br>• Stay informed about industry trends in analytics and business intelligence to introduce new methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in quantitative analysis and dashboard creation.<br>• Proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft SQL, with strong communication skills to share technical knowledge.<br>• Exposure to multiple analytic domains, such as segmentation, assortment, and digital optimization.<br>• Strong relationship management and presentation skills, with the ability to create visually impactful reports.<br>• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage ambiguity.<br>• Familiarity with data engineering tools like Snowflake, dbt, and airflow is a plus.<br>• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data modeling and analysis is advantageous.
