We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Engineer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will act as a subject matter expert and technical leader in creating and managing data solutions across Salesforce platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing service delivery and citizen engagement through innovative Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and related technologies. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to cross-agency initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems.<br>• Optimize data ingestion and transformation workflows while adhering to Salesforce architectural best practices.<br>• Develop strategies for data storage, normalization, and performance tuning across multiple Salesforce instances.<br>• Lead data modeling efforts across Salesforce Clouds, including Public Sector Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.<br>• Oversee data migration, deduplication, and cleansing processes to maintain system reliability and integrity.<br>• Create AI-powered solutions within Salesforce platforms to support decision-making, customer service, and automation.<br>• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive models and advanced AI tools into Salesforce environments.<br>• Implement data governance frameworks and standards, focusing on Salesforce ecosystems and cross-agency alignment.<br>• Partner with stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies, including ownership models and metadata management.<br>• Provide comprehensive documentation and guidance for Salesforce integrations and data improvement strategies.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer II.<br>• At least 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer.<br>• Advanced expertise with 7-9 years as a Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect.<br>• Extensive knowledge with 7-9 years as a Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect.<br>• Proven ability to design and optimize scalable data solutions using Salesforce technologies.<br>• Strong background in API development and integration with external systems.<br>• Experience with data governance practices, including metadata management and data cleansing.<br>• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their integration within Salesforce platforms.
