<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1+ years of experience in insurance verification</li><li>Excellent communication skills—comfortable speaking with patients over phone and in person</li><li>Experience with medical terminology preferred</li><li>Typing skills (minimum 45 wpm)</li><li>Ability to operate standard office equipment as needed</li><li>Familiarity with patient accounting software </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend insurance benefit and managed care documentation</li></ul><p><br></p>
