You’ll own the accounting arm of the business, oversee client delivery, and lead a distributed team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality client deliverables</li><li>Assign and prioritize work across the team while balancing workload and capacity</li><li>Monitor team utilization, including review of time tracking and productivity metrics</li><li>Serve as a technical and operational resource, providing guidance on complex accounting and client issues</li><li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for assigned clients</li><li>Track and manage client deadlines to ensure all reporting requirements are met</li><li>Monitor progress throughout the close cycle and proactively address risks, issues, or delays</li><li>Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients during close periods</li><li>Perform final review of all client closes and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with firm standards</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships and consistently meet or exceed client expectations</li><li>Identify opportunities for expanded services or additional support within existing client relationships</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery, scalability, and overall client satisfaction</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Our Client seeks an Accounting Analyst with 1+ years of experience in the following:</p><ul><li>Process weekly, monthly, and ad hoc customer invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Apply customer payments received via check and ACH to the general ledger; investigate and resolve short payments, deductions, and discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare, analyze, and maintain weekly accounts receivable aging reports; reconcile balances to the general ledger during period close.</li><li>Research and resolve inquiries related to invoicing, billing discrepancies, and payment issues.</li><li>Perform daily collections outreach on past-due accounts to ensure timely resolution and cash flow.</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal merchandisers to support efficient billing and collections processes.</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><p>Medical/Dental/Vision</p><p>PTO 401k</p>

For immediate consideration send resumes to Jennifer.Beilin@Roberthalf com</p><p><br></p><p>Must have recent accounting experience (1+years) within the development/construction industry.</p><p>This position is primarily responsible for all development accounting including project cost tracking and reporting along with processing of project and construction draws. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The impact you'll make:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with project tracking, project coding, cost reporting, work in progress schedules & requisition draws</li><li>Prepare and enter project related entries into the General Ledger including but not limed: journal entries, project invoices, construction draws and loans.</li><li>Manage Draws and Construction Loans both internally (project managers, etc) and externally (vendors & agencies)</li><li>Assist management to report on monthly budget updates, budget analysis, interest projections, adjuster calculations and make recommendations on potential budget adjustments</li><li>Participate in monthly construction progress report meetings with construction managers and development partners</li><li>Confer with development partners and general contractors regarding change orders and adjustments to cost estimates and ensure proper approval is obtained</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required; Accounting or related field</li><li>Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued</li><li>Must have recent experience (1+years) within the development and construction industry.</li></ul>
