- <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Maximo Developer</strong> with deep expertise in IBM Maximo application development, configuration, integrations, and production support. This role supports enterprise asset management initiatives and requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.</p><p>This is a <strong>remote</strong> position supporting a large utilities-focused program.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>application support</strong> for IBM Maximo, including issue analysis, debugging, and resolution of technical/functional issues.</li><li>Perform <strong>configuration, customization, and development</strong> of Maximo applications, workflows, MBOs, and automation scripts. </li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>BIRT and SQL reports</strong>; support complex data extraction requests.</li><li>Manage <strong>system integrations</strong> with third-party applications, middleware, and enterprise platforms using MIF, APIs, and web services.</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement fixes to ensure high reliability and availability.</li><li>Participate in <strong>patching, upgrades, and environment migrations</strong> with minimal business disruption.</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to <strong>gather requirements</strong> and recommend best-practice solutions.</li><li>Create and maintain <strong>technical documentation</strong>, including design specs and configuration changes.</li><li>Provide <strong>production support</strong> on incidents and service requests, adhering to SLAs and ITIL processes. </li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.</li></ul>
