<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Center Technician to support and maintain our mission-critical infrastructure. This role is hands-on and essential for ensuring uptime and operational excellence in our data center environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with hardware and software, including use of the Linux command line, and must be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain physical hardware infrastructure, including racking equipment, replacing hard drives, and other system components.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment with minimal supervision.</li><li>Manage onsite inventory for hard drives, cables, rails, and spare parts.</li><li>Process RMAs for defective components to facilitate timely replacement.</li><li>Set up, test, and activate new equipment via the Linux command line.</li><li>Train new Data Center Technicians as required.</li><li>Assist with projects installing new systems and services when possible.</li><li>Follow and enhance data center best practices and update documentation regularly.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation; must be available within an hour’s notice, including occasional 24x7 onsite support.</li><li>Work schedules may include weekends (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday) and may require evening or overnight shifts.</li><li>Support shipping and receiving activities, including moving and unpacking equipment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>We are looking for a skilled Yardi Systems Administrator to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical Yardi systems to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.</p><p><br></p><p>-Serve as the first point of contact for all property technology inquiries.</p><p>-Manage and resolve support tickets promptly, escalating as needed.</p><p>-Maintain and administer all applicable user logins and permissions.</p><p>-Review and maintain a log of software service requests and errors; leverage insights to request system enhancements.</p><p>-Audit on-site functions as requested to ensure proper usage of software and accurate data entry.</p><p>-Monitor adherence to established technology protocols and standards.</p><p>-Maintain a systems and procedures helpline for on-site team members via phone and email.</p><p>-Conduct on-site classroom training, one-on-one sessions, and webinar training as required.</p><p>-Work closely with property operations teams to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.</p><p>-Partner with technology vendors for troubleshooting and minor configuration support.</p><p>-Manage setup and configuration of all core systems for new properties, including:</p><p>o Property Control, unit types/charges, rentable items, ABP</p><p>o Banking interfaces, Payment Manager, recurring payments, merchant accounts</p><p>o Yardi Voyager, RENTCafe, Blue Moon, PetScreening, ePremium, CheckScan</p><p>-Serve as project manager for onboarding new communities and major system integrations</p><p>-Develop and maintain detailed SOPs and system configuration standards</p><p>-Lead integrations with third-party platforms such as:</p><p>o Elevated Living, HappyCo, Opiniion, Knock CRM, Engrain, Yardi Maintenance App</p>
