Project Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee software implementation projects and ensure successful outcomes for clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and deliver seamless solutions. </p><p>Based near Merrimack, New Hampshire, you will play a critical part in driving client satisfaction and operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the entire lifecycle of software implementations, from initial kickoff to final go-live, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.</p><p>• Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.</p><p>• Collaborate with technical, product, and training teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project objectives.</p><p>• Ensure all projects comply with standards, delivering high-quality solutions.</p><p>• Document processes, configurations, and client-specific solutions to support continuous improvement.</p><p>• Improve workflows and share best practices across the organization.</p><p>• Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to support teams, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.</p><p>• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.</p><p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects</p><p>• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.</p><p>• Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>• Certifications in project management, such as PMP or similar, are preferred. </p>
