We are looking for an experienced Director of Accounting to join our team on a long-term consulting basis. This role does require 3 days/week onsite in Menlo Park, California. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with key finance and business stakeholders to manage and operationalize complex accounting transactions. This position offers an opportunity to lead critical processes such as M& A due diligence, financial statement reviews, and month-end close activities. You must have a strong knowledge of technical accounting. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud is highly preferred. An active CPA license is preferred but not required. 15+ years of accounting experience with deep technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP.Proven M& A leader with hands-on experience in complex transactions and related accounting.Strong financial operations background covering reporting, audits, and month-end close.Tech-savvy with Oracle Cloud (or similar financial systems) experience.Excellent communicator able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Agile and driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, global environments while managing multiple priorities.
