<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.</li><li>Manage and maintain virtual environments using VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).</li><li>Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and/or Linux servers.</li><li>Implement and support network security measures including firewalls, VPN, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.</li><li>Oversee user account management, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.</li><li>Monitor system and network performance, ensuring availability, reliability, and optimal uptime.</li><li>Manage backups, disaster recovery, and storage systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and server-related issues.</li><li>Assist with patch management, updates, and system upgrades.</li><li>Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.</li><li>Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching).</li><li>Hands-on VMware experience (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) required.</li><li>Proficiency with Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, File/Print services).</li><li>Experience with backup and recovery tools, storage solutions, and patch management.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills/Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li>CompTIA Network+, Security+, VMware VCP, or Microsoft certifications.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.</li></ul>
