HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and driving impactful HR initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in building relationships, and have a detail-oriented approach, we encourage you to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and manage employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.</p><p>• Coordinate open enrollment processes, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions to ensure understanding and participation.</p><p>• Reconcile benefits invoices and collaborate with payroll for accurate deductions and compliance.</p><p>• Administer the company’s 401(k) plan, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timely processing of contributions.</p><p>• Lead onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires, including orientations and system setups.</p><p>• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data to support compliance and internal audits.</p><p>• Prepare reports and assist with audit documentation for leadership and regulatory purposes.</p><p>• Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and worker’s compensation claims efficiently.</p><p>• Ensure all candidates are required to undergo screening as part of compliance initiatives.</p><p>• Collaborate with vendors and brokers to address benefit issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in benefits administration and compliance.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and integration with payroll.<br>• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.<br>• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
