• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting, overseeing patient registration processes.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.<br>• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance verification, billing practices, and medical coding.<br>• Proficiency in using electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and patient issues effectively.<br>• Familiarity with patient privacy laws and confidentiality standards.<br>• Ability to motivate and lead a team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
