<p><strong>Mid-Level Data Engineer (On-Site | Los Angeles, CA)</strong></p><p><em>Build systems that actually drive business decisions.</em></p><p><br></p><p>This is not a “maintain the pipeline and go home” kind of role.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a sharp, early-career Data Engineer who wants to operate close to the business, own meaningful projects end-to-end, and build systems that directly impact how decisions get made across an entire organization. <p>•What You Bring</p><ul><li>1–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or similar</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and SQL</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)</li><li>Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) and interest in leveraging them</li><li>A strong mathematical or analytical mindset</li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field</li><li>Ability to work 55+ hours per week on-site</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools</li><li>Familiarity with Snowflake or modern data warehouses</li><li>Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.)</li><li>Background in financial or accounting data</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration, apply now and direct message Reid Gormly on LinkedIN</p>
