Dispatch Lead
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Oversee Dispatch Operations:</strong> Lead day-to-day scheduling and dispatching activities for service and maintenance teams.</li><li><strong>Utilize ServiceTitan:</strong> Manage schedules, update job statuses, assign technicians, and ensure accurate documentation within the system.</li><li><strong>Monitor Workflow:</strong> Track job progress and technician availability to optimize routes, reduce downtime, and meet response time goals.</li><li><strong>Customer Coordination:</strong> Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues promptly.</li><li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Train, coach, and support dispatch staff to ensure consistent service standards and system accuracy.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with operations, sales, and field teams to align dispatching with company priorities and performance targets.</li><li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Generate and analyze dispatch metrics and ServiceTitan reports to identify trends and process improvements.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Ensure all work orders are entered accurately, with correct job types, customer information, and technician notes.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Required:</strong> Minimum 2+ years of dispatching experience, with at least 1 year using <strong>ServiceTitan</strong> in a lead or advanced role.</p><p>Strong understanding of dispatching principles in the <strong>HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry.</strong></p><p>Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).</p><p>Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</p>
