The position is best suited for a finance professional with strong experience in corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas</li><li>Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting</li><li>Experience partnering with accounting and operational teams</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to leadership</li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment</li><li>Industry experience in construction, project-based services, or a related field is a plus</li></ul>
