The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for updating inventory numbers, dispatching shipments, and problem-solving when issues arise. Job responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Track and coordinate current shipments to ensure proper delivery times</li><li>Enter and prepare new orders to be processed</li><li>Work within an internal proprietary software system</li><li>Report and resolve customer issues or shipping discrepancies</li><li>Provide assistance for customer service team regarding order statuses, questions, or requests</li></ul>
