<p>• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.</p><p>• Proven expertise in system implementation, optimization, and financial system conversions.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting standards.</p><p>• Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and internal control frameworks.</p><p>• Experience preparing for and managing audits, including regulatory compliance reviews.</p><p>• Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering high performance and growth.</p><p>• Familiarity with financial systems such as Workday Financials, Oracle, SAP or NetSuite is preferred.</p><p>• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.</p>
