We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will be responsible for leading IT infrastructure projects that involve server deployments, network configurations, and Office 365 migrations. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to delivering technical solutions while collaborating directly with clients to ensure project success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects such as server installations, upgrades, and domain migrations.<br>• Configure and deploy Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.<br>• Design and implement secure network solutions, including firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and VPN configurations.<br>• Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform technical upgrades as part of project execution.<br>• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, create implementation plans, and deliver tailored solutions.<br>• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers during project tasks and implementations.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and project outcomes in appropriate systems.<br>• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and aligned with client objectives.
