<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Based on general knowledge.</p><p>We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in C#/.NET backend development and React frontend development to help design, build, and maintain modern web applications. This role will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to new feature delivery, API development, testing, troubleshooting, and database work. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who is comfortable using AI tools like Claude as part of their daily development workflow.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C# and .NET for backend services and React for frontend development.</li><li>Implement new features and enhancements to existing applications with moderate guidance.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in alignment with engineering best practices and team standards.</li><li>Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with React-based user interfaces.</li><li>Use Claude as a core development tool to accelerate workflows, including code generation, documentation, and code review support.</li><li>Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across backend and frontend systems, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve speed and accuracy.</li><li>Participate in code reviews by providing and incorporating constructive feedback.</li><li>Write and maintain unit tests to support code quality, reliability, and functionality, including AI-assisted test generation and coverage analysis.</li><li>Contribute to database design, queries, and development using SQL.</li><li>Stay current on relevant technologies, frameworks, and emerging AI/LLM capabilities that support the team’s technology stack.</li><li>Provide occasional guidance to junior developers, including sharing effective AI-assisted development practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>2+ years of professional software development experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.</li><li>Experience with React and related frontend concepts such as hooks and state management.</li><li>Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.</li><li>Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.</li><li>Understanding of web application security principles.</li><li>Experience using Git or other version control systems.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Comfort using Claude as a daily development tool for tasks such as code generation, debugging assistance, and documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.</li><li>Familiarity with containerization concepts, including Docker.</li><li>Experience with AWS.</li><li>Experience with Java or Spring Boot as a secondary backend language.</li><li>Familiarity with microservices architecture.</li><li>Experience with automated testing frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.</li><li>Knowledge of application and frontend performance optimization techniques.</li><li>Experience using Claude effectively throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through testing and deployment.</li><li>Familiarity with effective prompting techniques and a practical understanding of AI tool strengths and limitations in a development environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
