<p>We’re seeking a <strong>Senior Infrastructure Engineer</strong> with deep experience in <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> to help architect and optimize a modern, scalable infrastructure environment. In this role, you’ll lead cloud-focused initiatives, enhance on-prem and hybrid systems, strengthen reliability and security, and guide best practices across the organization.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who enjoys building, improving, and enabling technology systems that the business depends on every day.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and support <strong>Azure cloud infrastructure</strong>, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security components.</li><li>Maintain and optimize hybrid environments with integrations between <strong>Azure</strong> and on-prem systems.</li><li>Manage and support <strong>Windows Server and/or Linux</strong> environments, along with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.</li><li>Lead improvements and automation using <strong>PowerShell</strong>, <strong>Azure CLI</strong>, or <strong>Infrastructure-as-Code</strong> (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).</li><li>Oversee virtualization environments (<strong>VMware or Hyper-V</strong>) and implement resource scaling and performance best practices.</li><li>Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure issues, ensuring uptime and stability.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security and DevOps, to align infrastructure with business needs.</li><li>Document infrastructure standards, guidelines, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>infrastructure engineering</strong> or systems administration.</li><li><strong>Strong experience with Microsoft Azure</strong> (IaaS/PaaS services, identity & security, governance).</li><li>Solid understanding of virtualization (<strong>VMware or Hyper-V</strong>).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Windows Server</strong> environments and Active Directory.</li><li>Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Azure certifications</strong> (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar).</li><li>Infrastructure-as-code tools such as <strong>Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible</strong>.</li><li>Azure monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with networking concepts (VPNs, VNet Peering, DNS, firewalls).</li><li>Exposure to containerization (Docker or Kubernetes) is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>An opportunity to lead cloud modernization initiatives.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>Support for continued training and certification.</li><li>A collaborative, growth-oriented environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
