IMPORTANT – to be considered for this job you can call Chris Willhite at 972-789-9590 or you can contact Chris Willhite directly on LinkedIn or send a message (email address is on LinkedIn profile) <br> Core Responsibilities: • Evaluate potential acquisitions by assessing site suitability, access to utilities, and overall development feasibility. • Oversee the due diligence process, including working with municipalities to determine public utility availability and exploring private utility options. • Collaborate with regulatory attorneys, consultants, and municipalities to address annexation, permitting, and entitlement issues. • Manage site development activities, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations. • Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and contractors to complete surveys, environmental studies, and engineering plans. • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to ensure timely and costeffective completion of development milestones. • Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums and presentations for internal and investor review.
