This role plays a key part in supporting production line quality, resolving non-conformances, and driving root cause corrective actions (RCCA) using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and more.</p>

<ul><li>4+ years of experience</li><li>Proficient with AS9100, MRB processes, and non-conformance resolution.</li><li>Hands-on experience with RCCA using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.</li><li>Skilled in inspecting and troubleshooting PCBA, CCA, cable assemblies, and RF systems.</li><li>Familiar with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and ESD-safe practices.</li><li>Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and collaborate cross-functionally.</li><li>Comfortable working on the production floor and performing electrical testing.</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent documentation and problem articulation skills.</li><li>Fast-paced, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on root cause, reliability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience with reliability testing or failure analysis is a plus.</li><li>Ability to use microscopes, calipers, and measurement tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, ability to anticipate issues, and work through ambiguity</li><li>Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management</li></ul><p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
