Executive Assistant
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This Long-term Contract position offers consistent hours in a business-casual environment that values attention to detail and is ideal for someone who can keep schedules on track, manage travel logistics, and provide reliable executive support. The person in this role will help create structure for leadership priorities while handling a wide range of coordination tasks with accuracy and discretion.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and keep schedules aligned with business needs.<br>• Arrange domestic and/or business travel, including itineraries, bookings, and related logistics.<br>• Coordinate meetings by preparing schedules, confirming attendees, and organizing key details in advance.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support through document handling, correspondence, and general office coordination.<br>• Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help ensure leadership commitments are completed on time.<br>• Maintain discretion and confidentiality while supporting executive-level activities and communications.
• Experience providing administrative or executive support in an office setting.<br>• Strong ability to manage calendars and balance multiple scheduling priorities.<br>• Demonstrated skill in booking and coordinating travel arrangements accurately.<br>• Comfortable organizing executive meetings and handling related logistics.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a permanent role.<br>• Appropriate demeanor suited to a business-casual workplace.
