Growth/Performance Marketing Manager
<p>We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven <strong>Growth/Performance Marketing Manager</strong> to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue across both B2B and B2C markets. In this role, you’ll own full-funnel performance strategy, lead paid media efforts, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll work across a broad mix of industries — from tech, industrial, and professional services to consumer brands, lifestyle, retail, and hospitality — shaping strategies that resonate with both businesses and end-users. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves experimentation, understands multi-channel growth, and can translate insights into action.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead multi-channel acquisition strategies across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms to drive qualified B2B leads and high-intent B2C conversions.</li><li>Manage full-funnel growth from awareness through retention, including landing pages, funnels, nurture flows, and ongoing A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and user journeys.</li><li>Analyze performance data, optimize CAC/CPL/ROAS, monitor LTV and pipeline contribution, and build dashboards that translate insights into action.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, brand, product, and creative teams to align demand generation, campaign strategy, and new product or content launches.</li><li>Oversee lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retargeting, loyalty) and build personalized journeys for consumers, prospects, and enterprise accounts.</li><li>Stay ahead of platform trends, competitive shifts, and market insights to identify new growth opportunities, channels, and experimentation ideas.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>4–7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy across B2B, B2C, or mixed environments.</li><li>Proven success scaling acquisition channels and improving conversion rates across paid search, paid social, and emerging platforms.</li><li>Strong command of analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify dashboards, or similar).</li><li>Experience working with both business buyer journeys (ABM, demand gen, MQL/SQL funnels) and consumer funnels (DTC, e-commerce, loyalty).</li><li>Confident optimizing budgets, forecasting, and presenting performance insights to leadership.</li><li>Strong grasp of creative strategy, testing frameworks, and conversion rate optimization.</li><li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple campaigns, and test ideas quickly.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with sales, brand, product, and leadership teams</li></ul>
