<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>Lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable, and resilient Azure cloud solutions. Act as a bridge between engineering, security, and business teams to ensure cloud environments meet both performance and compliance requirements.</p><p>We’re seeking candidates with strong engineering fundamentals who are energized by the opportunity to help drive transformation toward agentic development—leveraging cloud-native automation, AI-powered workflows, and secure, scalable architectures to advance healthcare solutions.</p><p>This role reports directly to the VP, Technology, providing opportunities for strategic impact and cross-functional collaboration at the leadership level.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Enablement of Azure-based solutions and capabilities through partnership with infrastructure, development, and security teams.</li><li>Design and automation of secure, reliable methods for monitoring and deploying solutions across the cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Assist in management of data pipelines and troubleshooting deployments.</li><li>Define and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Support threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews for Azure workloads.</li><li>Integrate identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and monitoring solutions.</li><li>Provide technical leadership in incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.</li><li>Stay current with Azure advancements, cybersecurity threats, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).</li><li>Collaborate with peer teams to raise the overall fluency of Azure</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Experience & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Skilled in deploying and managing Azure Function Apps, Azure Container Apps, Azure Static Web Apps, and Azure AI Foundry resources.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Expertise in Azure Security Center, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.</li><li>Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).</li><li>Knowledge of Intune, SSO, Conditional Access, Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview.</li><li>Strong background in cloud engineering, networking, and security architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA/HITRUST preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul><p><br></p>
