This role focuses on delivering high‑quality dashboards, automated data pipelines, and operational reports that support decision‑making across the organization. Experience with Databricks is a plus, but not required.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI</li><li>Design, build, and maintain SSIS ETL packages for data integration</li><li>Create and manage SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements</li><li>Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data structures</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting layers</li><li>Support Azure-based data workflows and cloud migration initiatives</li><li>Leverage Databricks for data transformation or analytics when applicable</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Power BI development</li><li>Strong SSIS development skills for ETL workflows</li><li>Experience building and maintaining SSRS reports</li><li>Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational data modeling</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Exposure to Databricks or modern cloud data platforms</li><li>Experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and star schema design</li><li>Background in enterprise reporting within energy or industrial sectors</li></ul><p><br></p>
