We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our team in Henrico, Virginia. In this Contract-to-Hire role, you will play a vital role in identifying and onboarding top talent to meet organizational goals. Ideal candidates will bring experience in full-cycle recruiting and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively articulate job opportunities to candidates. Responsibilities:• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet weekly hiring goals, ensuring the recruitment of five new employees per week.• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring process.• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to efficiently manage candidate workflows.• Communicate job opportunities clearly to candidates, showcasing the role and organization effectively.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized to manage multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.• Adapt to varying timelines and demonstrate patience with longer hiring processes when necessary.• Deliver measurable results without requiring micromanagement, showcasing accountability and independence.• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment activities.

• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within trucking, transportation, or related industries. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple recruitment processes. • Ability to effectively communicate job roles and company culture to potential candidates. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment platforms. • Proven ability to meet recruitment goals and deliver consistent results. • Patience and adaptability to navigate longer hiring processes. • A commitment to long-term success and growth within the organization. • Sales experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to articulate opportunities persuasively.
