The ideal candidate will have expertise in purchasing flexible packaging materials and experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the procurement of flexible packaging film, including coordinating orders with international suppliers.<br>• Analyze inventory levels and establish minimum and maximum thresholds within the purchasing system.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.<br>• Utilize Epicor software to streamline purchasing processes and maintain accurate records.<br>• Provide support during transitions by absorbing critical information and ensuring continuity in procurement tasks.<br>• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain quality and timely delivery.<br>• Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.<br>• Prepare and present reports detailing purchasing trends, cost analysis, and supplier evaluations.
