In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transitioning our organization from descriptive analytics to predictive analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and storytelling through advanced insights. This is an excellent opportunity to build innovative solutions from the ground up within a collaborative and supportive environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for predictive analytics applications.</p><p>• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to deliver actionable insights.</p><p>• Develop and maintain analytical solutions using tools like Python, R, and TensorFlow.</p><p>• Utilize cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure to deploy and manage machine learning workflows.</p><p>• Create compelling data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI to communicate findings effectively.</p><p>• Lead efforts to identify and prioritize predictive analytics projects aligned with organizational goals.</p><p>• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the success of analytics initiatives.</p><p>• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics practices across the organization.</p><p>• Ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines to support machine learning processes.</p><p>• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.</p>

• At least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.<br>• Proven expertise in predictive analytics and the ability to translate data into impactful stories.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with frameworks like TensorFlow.<br>• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business teams and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.<br>• Ability to identify predictive analytics opportunities and implement solutions.<br>• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
