Appointment Setter
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by connecting with decision-makers across various industries, including education, government, and legal sectors. This opportunity offers room for growth, with the potential to advance into a Sales Executive role.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to engage decision-makers in school districts, government agencies, and court systems.<br>• Schedule meetings between Sales Executives and potential clients to facilitate deal closures.<br>• Utilize a proactive and strategic approach to identify and secure new leads.<br>• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly appointment-setting targets.<br>• Build rapport with stakeholders to create opportunities for long-term partnerships.<br>• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointments in the system.<br>• Partner with Laserfiche to leverage its strong industry reputation in discussions with prospects.<br>• Adapt communication strategies to suit diverse customer profiles and industries.<br>• Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to enhance client interactions.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting roles.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone.<br>• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals.<br>• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally.<br>• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales processes.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.<br>• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage client interactions.<br>• Eagerness to grow within the sales field and take on new challenges.
