HR Generalist
<p>We are seeking a proactive and versatile <strong>HR Generalist</strong> to join our team and help drive our people operations. This role plays a key part in supporting all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and can balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Recruitment & Onboarding:</strong> Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.</p><p><strong>Employee Relations:</strong> Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Support managers in resolving workplace issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.</p><p><strong>HR Administration:</strong> Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files. Assist with reporting and HR metrics as needed.</p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong> Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee communications. Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping oversight.</p><p><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies. Assist in audits and reporting requirements.</p><p><strong>Performance Management:</strong> Support performance review processes, tracking goals and outcomes. Help managers implement improvement plans when necessary.</p><p><strong>Training & Development:</strong> Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.</p><p><strong>Policy & Process Improvement:</strong> Recommend updates to HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2–5 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist</li><li>Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycor) and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives</li><li>Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll processes</li><li>Positive, approachable demeanor and a collaborative team player</li></ul><p><br></p>
