<p>Robert Half is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused On-Site Resident Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained apartment community. This is a Part time contract role.</p><p>This serves as the primary point of contact for residents while ensuring the property operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of service. Responsibilities include leasing vacant units, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance requests, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining positive tenant relationships. The Property Manager will partner closely with the corporate office and report directly to the Regional Property Manager to ensure the community remains well-maintained, compliant, and financially successful.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building relationships with residents, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-managed community where people are proud to call home.</p>

<p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1–3 years of property management, leasing, or residential hospitality experience (Required).</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills; ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</li><li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws and local landlord-tenant regulations.</li><li><strong>Availability:</strong> Flexibility to handle occasional evening/weekend tenant issues or emergency situations.</li><li><strong>Spanish-speaking required</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
