<p>A boutique firm specializing in personal injury law is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Eugene, Oregon. The firm handles medical malpractice, product liability, abuse/neglect, and other complex liability cases, providing compassionate and client-focused service.</p><p><em>Key Responsibilities Include:</em></p><ul><li>Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation.</li><li>Request, review, and summarize medical records.</li><li>Draft settlement demands; open PIP claims; negotiate liens and subrogation; conduct balance verifications.</li><li>Prepare pleadings and motions; manage discovery documents (requests and responses); review discovery; track case deadlines.</li><li>Provide trial and mediation preparation and support.</li></ul><p><em>Salary and Benefits:</em></p><p>The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
