ITSM Project Manager
<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced <strong>ITSM Project Manager</strong> to lead a <strong>TeamDynamix ITSM implementation</strong> for a local government client. This role will own end-to-end project delivery, drive process and organizational change, and ensure alignment across IT, the Service Desk, and external vendors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> Long-term contract (with potential for extension)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday (~30 hours weekly)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Eugene, Oregon based client. 100% Remote </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the full implementation of <strong>TeamDynamix (ITSM)</strong> within a 12-month timeline.</li><li>Own end-to-end project delivery, including workflow scoping, implementation planning, and knowledge base transformation.</li><li>Ensure system integrations (e.g., SCCM, Intune, and other supporting platforms) are fully connected and functioning as intended.</li><li>Define, configure, and optimize ITSM workflows to support end-to-end service management processes.</li><li>Scope and support new onboarding and service request processes within TeamDynamix.</li><li>Maintain a detailed and well-organized project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines.</li><li>Act as the primary bridge between IT, the Service Desk, and vendors to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines.</li><li>Partner with vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs while staying within budget constraints.</li><li>Continuously assess project progress, identify gaps or risks, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Drive change management efforts, supporting user adoption and stakeholder alignment across teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience managing <strong>ITSM projects</strong>, with direct exposure to <strong>TeamDynamix</strong> or comparable ITSM platforms.</li><li>Strong background leading system implementations involving workflows, integrations, and process change.</li><li>Demonstrated project scoping skills, including defining timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with IT teams, Service Desk operations, and external vendors.</li><li>Ability to manage projects within defined budgets and cost constraints.</li></ul><p>Nice-to-Haves</p><ul><li>Hands-on experience implementing or configuring <strong>TeamDynamix ITSM</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with integrations such as <strong>SCCM</strong> and <strong>Intune</strong>.</li><li>Experience transforming or supporting a knowledge base within an ITSM platform.</li><li>Background working in complex environments with multiple integrated systems and vendors.</li></ul><p>Soft Skills</p><ul><li>Strong change management and communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to hold teams accountable.</li><li>Collaborative team player who is driven, patient, and effective when managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives.</li></ul>
