Executive Assistant
<p>Position Overview</p><p>We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative support within a dynamic business environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at supporting leadership while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials</li><li>Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to support business objectives</li><li>Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Support office operations and assist with administrative processes as needed</li><li>Handle special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of executive assistant, senior administrative, or related experience preferred</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs</li></ul><p><br></p>
