Office Assistant
We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to provide administrative support for a short-term Contract opportunity in South Dakota. This position will help maintain daily office operations by managing routine clerical work, organizing records, and assisting staff with document-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clear in communication, and comfortable handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced office setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Support day-to-day office operations by completing a variety of administrative and clerical assignments.<br>• Organize and maintain records through accurate filing, document scanning, and digital record upkeep.<br>• Enter information into office systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Prepare, format, and update documents to support internal staff needs and office workflows.<br>• Assist team members with routine office requests and provide timely administrative support as needed.<br>• Manage shifting priorities effectively while completing assigned tasks within expected timelines.<br>• Take on additional duties as directed to support overall office efficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.<br>• Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to accuracy and detail.<br>• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.<br>• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines in an active office environment.<br>• Experience with filing, scanning documents, and data entry is required.
