<p>Executive Assistant</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support senior leadership for a client of ours in Denver, Colorado. This contract position offers an opportunity to excel in administrative responsibilities while maintaining discretion and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage sensitive information confidently.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>• Manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while resolving scheduling conflicts effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>• Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth logistics and preparing comprehensive itineraries.</p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for executive meetings, attend sessions, and document minutes with actionable follow-ups.</p><p><br></p><p>• Safeguard sensitive and confidential information, adhering to strict data security protocols.</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide project support by collaborating with departments and stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee office operations, ensuring executives have the resources needed for efficiency and productivity.</p><p><br></p><p>• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executives.</p><p><br></p><p>• Monitor and process expense reports accurately, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.</p>
<p>• At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior-level or C-suite executives.</p><p><br></p><p>• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.</p><p><br></p><p>• Proficiency with office software tools, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.</p><p><br></p><p>• Adept at solving problems proactively and anticipating the needs of executives.</p><p><br></p><p>• Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</p>
